We provide an enjoyable, effective and meaningful range of services and group activities and we encourage our adults to learn new skills and to become as independent as possible. We currently provide services five days a week, because of Covid-19 restrictions, which are designed to maximise the opportunity for the attending adults.
The Day Service can be accessed regularly or as a one-off with or without support depending on the adults needs. Different support levels are available from 1:1 to group support.
Prices vary depending on the need of the adult. All starter and transition sessions are free until we are satisfied that the adult is happy and settled in the new environment.
Bright Opportunities trains the staff to the best possible levels of ability, to aspire to be the best at providing support for adults with learning disabilities. We are proud to have two in-house trainers who have been trained in ARC Understanding and challenging behaviours.
We use the best training company called b-inspired.
Bright Opportunities utilises volunteers drivers and cars and a 9-seater disabilities assessable minibus to transport clients to and from our Day Centre.
All volunteers and escorts are DBS checked, trained and insured to transport our clients.
